Fragile items are wrapped in multi-layered bubble sheet padding, cushioned with foam inserts, and placed in heavy-duty cartons. High-value electronics (LED TVs) are packed in customized, rigid wooden crates.

Yes, you can self-pack non-fragile items like clothes, books, or toys. We will provide cartons beforehand. However, for fragile and electronic items, our professional packers must handle them to maintain insurance validity.

Our moving crew includes experienced carpenters who systematically disassemble wardrobes, double beds, study tables, and dining tables. Everything is labeled, and all screws are cataloged for precise reassembly.

Pricing & Charges

No. The final quote provided after our pre-move survey is fully inclusive. It covers labor, packing material, transport, toll taxes, state permit fees, and loading/unloading. We maintain complete pricing transparency.

Relocation cost is determined by the volume of goods (governing truck size), quality and quantity of packing materials, transit distance, elevator availability at both locations, and optional add-ons like storage or vehicle shipping.

Typically, we require a booking advance of 10% to 20%, with the remaining balance due upon completion of loading at the pickup address. We accept bank transfers, UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash.

Safety & Insurance

Transit insurance covers damage caused only during road accidents or vehicle collisons. Comprehensive insurance covers any damage occurring during loading, packing, handling, transit, or unloading. We highly recommend comprehensive coverage.

If you notice any damage, report it on the delivery receipt copy before our crew leaves. Take clear photos, submit a claim form within 48 hours, and our claims officer will coordinate with the insurer to settle it within 7-10 days.

No. Valuable personal items like jewelry, cash, checkbooks, credit cards, legal deeds, and passport credentials are not covered. We strictly advise customers to carry these valuables in their personal custody.
